Wednesday's heavy 5-2 loss to Red Bulls marked the end of Charlotte FC's season and so begins the offseason for the Crown where a lot of changes seem to be on the way.
In a recent interview with Polish outlet Onet, Karol Świderski gave some insight into his future. Per Onet, The Polish striker has announced that he will return to Poland, where he will train with one of the Ekstraklasa teams (Poland's first division) to prepare for Poland's upcoming Euro Qualifier against the Czech Republic.
He also spoke about his plans, and all signs indicate that he will move back to Europe this window.
"If there is a nice offer, we will sit down with Mariusz Piekarski {his agent} for talks, and we will definitely think about it because I must admit that I would like to return to Europe."
When asked about linking up with his polish teammate Piotr Zilineski and playing in Napoli, he replied, "I am for it! I think every footballer would like to go to Napoli."
The Polish striker had another good season with Charlotte FC which saw him score 15 goals and tally nine assists in 40 matches for the Crown. Charlotte FC signed Karol Świderski from PAOK to a Designated Player contract in January 2022.
