Mark your calendars for November 19th at 4pm EST! The Light The Night event will be at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte to raise funds for leukemia and lymphoma research.
Light The Night is an evening walk event where participants carry lanterns that symbolize their connection to cancer. It serves as an event that celebrates, honors, and remembers cancer warriors in Charlotte, as well as communities across the country.
Supporter groups of Charlotte FC including Mint City Collective, QC Royals, Uptown Ultras, Mint Street Mafia, 40 Thieves, Blue Furia, Carolina Hooliganz, Southbound and Crown, Queen’s Firm, and La Femme Footie are all participating. The groups are collectively trying to raise $20,000 in donations to support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Representatives from each supporter group met in June to talk together about the event and their plans to support the event.

Each group has their own page where you can donate to the cause, which can be found on their respective social media pages. Those social media pages are hyperlinked above. You can also donate to the Royal Family of Supporter Groups here.
You can learn more about the event at https://www.lightthenight.org/about or by reaching out to leaders of the supporter groups!
If you are local to the Charlotte area, please consider participating in the walk to support those who have been affected by cancer. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated, no matter the amount! Every little bit that can be contributed to cancer research has the ability to make a difference!
